How much does it cost to register?

Trade Exhibition, Qualified Industry Attendees Only
  • Advance Registration: $25 (by August 24, 2018)
  • Onsite Registration: $50

What does registration include?

The registration fee includes access to:

  • Exhibit Hall Both Days
  • All 1-Hour Seminars
  • Culinary Demonstrations
  • Culinary Competitions

Can I use a credit card to register?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA).

Where do I get my badge?

Badges will not be mailed. Bring the confirmation email you will receive upon registering with you to the onsite registration desk at the Charlotte Convention Center to scan the barcode and receive your badge.

How many exhibitors will be at North Carolina Restaurant & Lodging Expo 2018?

We anticipate around 200 exhibitors.

Are children allowed in the Show?

No one under the age of 18 will be allowed in the exhibit hall.

Are culinary students allowed in the Show?

Culinary and Hospitality Program students may only attend with educators/faculty organizing a group visit that is approved by both the college and show management on Tuesday, August 28, from 2pm - 4pm.
