Culinary Demos

Culinary demonstrations will take place directly on the show floor. In 2016, 9 demonstrations gave attendees the ability to view techniques that included Artisan Salumi and Dry Curing, The Art of the Parisian Macaroon, Fresh Made Sausages, and the Four Basic Methods of Pickling. More information coming in July 2017.


Culinary Competitions

The American Culinary Federation North Carolina Chapter will be organizing and executing the show floor culinary competitions throughout the two day event. In 2016, the competitions featured competitors vying for cash awards and ACF Medals! More information coming in July 2017.
